Role and ResponsibilitiesLead the development, enhancement, and optimisation of Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure scalability and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.Configure, customise, and extend Dynamics 365, including integrations with other systems.Design and maintain workflows, plugins, scripts, forms, entities, and automation to support business processes.Conduct unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain reliability.Support deployments, data migrations, and ongoing CRM improvement projects.Champion best practice CRM usage across the organisation.Work with Dynamics Sales Professional CRM and Business Central to drive system integration and improvements.Knowledge and ExperienceProven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (CE/CRM), with strong technical expertise in customisation and solution design.Deep understanding of CRM entities, workflows, plugins, forms, security roles, and automation.Experience integrating CRM with external syste
