This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater to secure ongoing work with a well-established automotive repair business, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through an uncapped bonus scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The Role Carry out structural and non-structural vehicle body repairs. Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels. Strip and refit components where required. Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repair methods. Work with modern vehicle materials and repair techniques. Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards. Work alongside Paint and MET Technicians to complete repairs efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised working environment. What We''re Looking For Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Vehicle Body Repair Technician. Strong knowledge of vehicle panel repair and replacement. Experience working within an accident repair centre or bodyshop. Ability to produce high-quality repairs while working to deadlines. Good attention to detail and a team-focused approach.
