Job Description: Job Duties: Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planningProvide legal advice and guidance to clients on personal legal mattersDraught legal documents and correspondenceAttend client meetings and court hearings as requiredHandle client queries and maintain strong client relationships Required Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experiencePractising Certificate from the Solicitors Regulation Authority or equivalent Education: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent legal qualificationPostgraduate Diploma in Legal Practise (LPC) or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 3 years'' experience in private client lawDemonstrable experience managing a caseload of private client matters Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of private client law and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and excellent organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: STEP qualification (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners)Additional legal qualifications or specialisms in private client law Working Conditions: Full-time position with standard office hoursMay require occasional overtime to meet client deadlinesWork primarily in an office setting
