This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly-expanding organisation where you will step up as the go-to, technical expert on a flagship project worth over -250 million, with clear-cut progression to Director on offer once the project is completed.

Are you a client-side Quantity Surveyor with experience delivering high value projects and are looking to become recognised as an industry specialist? Do you want to work on major developments within a growing consultancy offering clear progression into leadership or project director roles?

This consultancy specialises in project management and cost consultancy, primarily working with developers on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes. Despite being part of a wider group, the team operates in a close-knit and agile environment, offering the best of both worlds large project exposure with a collaborative, personable culture.

You will be working on a major high profile high-rise project with a value of -250 million, taking responsibility for cost management and client interaction, ensuring successful delivery from a commercial and contractual perspective. The role will involve a strong site presence, with 3-4 days per week on site in West Kensington, alongside flexibility to work from home.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced client-side Quantity Surveyor who has previously managed both large-value projects as well as residential ones. As well as someone who can strongly effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders to strengthen relationships.

• Provide cost consultancy services across major construction projects
• Prepare and manage cost plans and feasibility studies
• Liaise closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams
• Based on site in West Kensington

The Person:

• Experience delivering complex projects
• Experience delivering Residential projects
• Background in a consultancy environment
• Excellent client facing communication skills
• MRICS or working towards is highly desired
