We re looking for an HR Business Partner who can balance credible employee relations leadership with deep expertise in HR systems, data and process improvement. This is a high-impact role in a complex, Belfast-based, unionised, manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who thrives on influence, insight and execution.The opportunityYou ll be a trusted partner to site leadership, owning the full HR agenda while also acting as the driving force behind HR systems optimisation, data integrity and process governance.
