You will like The Quality Engineer role itself is a hands-on, staff-level position working closely with the Quality Manager on a permanent PM shift. Your responsibilities will include supporting new product introductions, investigating quality issues, and implementing sustainable solutions. You ll play a key role in developing the Quality Operating System and embedding a genuine quality culture throughout the organisation.
