Business Development Manager

Location: Halfiax
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (plus uncapped commission, company vehicle & profit share)

About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong client relationships within Fuel Services (or Drainage Services).

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth objectives.

• Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.

• Collaborate with project and estimating teams on tenders and quotations.

• Support existing accounts to maximise growth and client satisfaction.

• Report on pipeline activity, sales forecasts, and performance against KPIs.

The Ideal Business Development Manager

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within fuel, drainage, M&E, or industrial sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
