Job Title: Customer Service OfficerLocation: Local authority based in CroydonHourly rate: 16.25 PAYEContract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36-40 hours- Hybrid working availableASAP StartJob Duties:Being the first point of contact for interaction with vulnerable clients and their carers.Take decisions within established procedures dealing with end user and prescriber queries and issues.Ability to work flexibly to support the move to stretched working days and weekend operating as required.Liaising with external clients and internal company functions, to arrange daily work schedules for equipment deliveries and collections.Co-ordinate delivery priorities with logistics and technical officers, in accordance to company guidance standards, ensuring that urgent requests are initiated in a timely fashion.Person Specification: The ideal candidate must have:Ability to work with vulnerable individuals, including adults with disabilities, mental health conditions, or older people.Experience liaising with carers and understanding their needs and challengesPrevious experience in a customer facing roleStrong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience and active listeningCompetent in using IT systems Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
