Strategic Workforce Planning Advisor
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Strategic Workforce Planning Advisor on an initial 12-month contract. As the Strategic Workforce Planning Advisor, you will join the People, Skills and Culture Team supporting a high-profile Future Combat Air programme. You will play a key role in delivering workforce strategy, addressing critical skills requirements, and driving people initiatives to ensure the programme has the capability needed now and in the future.Role: Strategic Workforce Planning Advisor Pay: Up to 36.28 per hour Via Umbrella Location: Stevenage - 2/3 days per week in office Contract: Monday- Friday, 37 Hours per week, 12 Months contract IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: SC Required, can start on BPSS, UK eyes only due to projectResponsibilities Collaborate with external FCAS enterprise partners, including Team Tempest, to support strategic workforce and skills-based initiatives.Contribute to the identification, mitigation, and de-risking of short-term and long-term critical skills gaps.Provide project management support for workforce-related initiatives, including attraction, retention, training, and development activities.Manage the coordination and submission of internal and external award applications aligned to the FCAS programmes annual award calendar.Support cultural development initiatives across the company and the FCAS programme by: Implementing targeted interventions informed by company culture survey resultsAnalysing feedback from
