Sales Executive - Events and Memberships

Overview
The Alliance is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team. In this role, you’ll sell into a mix of our live events, memberships and learning solutions, across London, Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York and more. You’ll be a key contributor to our revenue growth, including opportunities from seats at world-class conferences to large-scale certification deals with teams at major companies.What You’ll Be Doing
Engaging Decision-Makers: Speak directly with VPs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders at top tech companies to drive deals across certifications, memberships and event tickets.Owning the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and pipeline building to closing and onboarding, take full ownership of deals and strive to meet and exceed revenue targets.Product Mastery: Become an expert in our events, learning products, and wider ecosystem to provide tailored recommendations that solve customer problems.Cross-Selling Opportunities: Pitch multiple solutions across events, certifications, and memberships to maximise value and deepen client relationships.Customer Collaboration: Work with product, content, and customer success teams to feedback insights, shape strategy, and ensure seamless client experiences.Key Requirements
Determined and focused, enjoy the challenge of hunting and closing net new business (12 months+ in B2B sales is desirable).Experience with tough targets and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding them.Comfortable with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.Confident, articulate, and eager to learn and grow in the role.Strong communicator, able to work closely with customers and colleagues across the organisation.Team player who supports shared goals and helps others succeed.Aptitude for technology; experience using Salesforce and Outreach tools is a bonus.Location
This role is Hybrid in our London office or fully remote in the UK.Compensation
Base Salary £30,000 - £33,000 (range depending on experience). Year 1 OTE £45,000 (uncapped). Year 2 OTE £70,000 (uncapped).Core Benefits
