The practice benefits from a long standing Partnership and offers plenty of support and progression opportunities and is happy to help support with prescribing, etc, if desired. They are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse within Primary Care, comfortable working autonomously as the sole Practice Nurse. They need someone experienced with routine Practice Nurse duties, especially immunisations, vaccinations and smears as well as someone with experience of long term condition reviews.
