Setting up new projects on company systems. Managing office suppliers and contractors, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. Organising company training sessions and team events. Ordering office, kitchen and stationery supplies. Managing the shared company mailbox and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members. Providing basic software installation and user support.
