As a Structured Finance Associate, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive, practical and business-oriented advice to a wide range of clients, including banks, life insurance companies, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, real estate funds, debt funds, REITs, BDCs, sovereign entities and pension vehicles. You will work closely with specialists from tax, restructuring and corporate practices to deliver high-quality, time-sensitive service to clients.Main Duties

Draft and negotiate complex loan agreements and intercreditor agreementsIdentify security perimeters and oversee the drafting and negotiation of security documentationManage deal teams, including local counsel, ensuring smooth transaction processesEngage with legal and commercial counterparties with confidence and clarityDiligence assets and document the sale of assets on repo linesContribute to the development of client relationships and new business opportunitiesAdvise top-tier financial institutions and alternative capital providers on complex finance transactionsCollaborate across practices to deliver comprehensive legal and commercial solutionsContribute to the growth of a high-performing structured finance team in LondonRequirements
