Offshore Installation Manager (Foundations) for a major offshore wind developer based in England.Responsibilities.Managing sub scopes of the Foundation TandI installation, incl. technical and commercial assessment of different installation methodologies and equipment.Ensure quality and safety compliance of TandI contractor''s documentation.Coordinate Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) acceptance including sourcing of MWS.Continuous interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedule, cost, technical, quality and safety aspects of the TandI execution and project impact are managed.Ensure all loadout, transport and installation tasks are performed to acceptable standards.Capture and communicate lessons learned.Feed input to RandD, OandM and other internal stakeholders. RequirementsPossess strong project management capabilities with a structured, service-minded, and flexible approach to the assigned scope.Team player, self-starting, highly motivated, and shows willingness to travel.3+ years of experience as offshore installation manager or similar role within Foundation TandI in offshore wind.Should have experience working on European projects.Experience working with EU tenders would be a plus but not required.Has GWO and HUET certificates.Hybrid working, travel to Denmark, Poland, Holland as required.
