The role involves coordinating viewings, verifying applicant eligibility, managing offers and tenancy sign-ups, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with applicants, tenants, and internal teams to ensure a smooth lettings process and minimise property void periods.Manage the end-to-end lettings process, from property becoming available through to tenancy sign-up.Allocate properties in accordance with the organisation''s allocations policy and relevant housing legislation.Review applications and verify applicant eligibility, documentation and supporting evidence.Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring prospective tenants are kept informed throughout the process.Make offers of accommodation and coordinate tenancy sign-ups, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.Liaise with applicants, tenants, housing officers, repairs teams and external agencies to support an efficient lettings service.Monitor vacant properties and work proactively to minimise rent loss and reduce void ..... full job details .....
