The Council is investing in its Corporate Programme Management Office (CPMO) and Strategic Change delivery arm, and this role is a key part of the team.Sitting within Service Reform and Strategy and reporting to a Strategic Programme Manager, you will lead business analysis across a portfolio of complex, cross-council transformation programmes.
