Role OverviewA well-established and growing claimant-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Credit Hire Litigation Executive or Solicitor to join its Manchester-based team on a hybrid working basis. This role offers a high level of autonomy, with responsibility for managing a caseload of Credit Hire and RTA matters from pre-litigation through to the full litigation process. You will support clients throughout their claims, utilising a bespoke case management system to progress files efficiently and achieve successful outcomes through negotiation or trial.
