Working with women involved in the Criminal Justice System.Synopsis of duties:Book initial assessments by telephone or email in a timely manner, in line with contractual targetsComplete initial assessments of risk and need, providing one-to-one advocacy, support and advice across all nine rehabilitative pathways to women on probation, including those serving community sentences and being released from custodyMaintain accurate contractual data relating to initial assessmentsReport completed initial assessments to the Service Manager for Keyworker allocationProvide prison in-reach support via video call, telephone and face-to-face appointments during the 12 weeks prior to release, helping women prepare for release and meeting them at the prison gate where requiredDevelop and regularly review individual support plans covering all nine pathways of needAttend probation offices across the region, build positive working relationships with National Probation Service staff, promote available services and encourage referralsContribute to the development and maintenance of local service directories, including details of organisations, key contacts, services and ..... full job details .....
