We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused and fully compliant building safety and statutory compliance service across a residential portfolio of 16,000 homes. You will hold both strategic and operational responsibility for all six major compliance areas and associated MandE safety disciplines. You will lead internal teams and external contractors, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and best-practice requirements, while embedding a strong culture of safety, accountability and customer excellence. This is a key role with significant influence over building safety outcomes, regulatory assurance and resident confidence.
