Are you a compassionate and dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant looking for a new role in Reading?

A welcoming and supportive SEN School in Reading is seeking a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, you will provide personalised support to pupils with a range of complex and additional needs, helping them access learning, develop independence and engage positively with school life.

You will work with students who may have a range of additional needs, including PMLD, ASD, physical disabilities, sensory needs, communication difficulties and medical needs. You will provide support both inside and outside of the classroom, helping pupils feel safe, supported and confident throughout the school day.

You will work alongside experienced Teachers, Teaching Assistants and specialist support staff who are committed to providing high-quality, individualised support for every pupil.

This Complex Needs Teaching Assistant role will involve:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex and additional needs
* Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, physical and learning activities
* Helping pupils develop independence, confidence and essential life skills
* Creating a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with Teachers and wider support staff to meet individual pupil needs
* ASAP start
* Reading location, accessible by public transport
