We are looking to expand our team of Welders/Fabricators at our busy Newton Abbot workshop. About the Role We are seeking both experienced Welders/Fabricators and motivated trainees/apprentices who are keen to build a career in welding and fabrication. Experienced applicants should have: Strong MIG/MAG welding skills Ability to work independently from engineering drawings Experience in heavy structural steel and plate work fabrication (Coding certification is an advantage, but training can be provided) Trainees/apprentices will benefit from: Full training and mentoring from experienced fabricators Career progression and development opportunities A supportive team environment What We Offer Competitive salary: £33,690 £38,581 GROSS OTE: £43,890 £50,160 Day shift hours: 07 30 Free onsite parking 20 days annual holiday, plus bank holidays Nest pension scheme Start Date Immediate starts available.
