Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking for more flexibility, uncapped earning potential with competitive commission splits and enhanced rates for self-generated business? 

Percom Financial Services is growing, and we're looking for qualified Self-Employed Mortgage Advisers to join our team. 

Work primarily from home, with optional access to our South Croydon office whenever you need it. You'll benefit from a consistent flow of leads, dedicated administration support and competitive commission splits, allowing you to focus on client relationships and growing your income.

The Role 

• Provide professional mortgage and protection advice to clients. 
• Manage applications from initial enquiry through to completion. 
• Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business. 
• Maintain FCA and network compliance standards. 
• Develop your own client base alongside leads provided by Percom. 

What We're Looking For 

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential. 
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser within a bank, brokerage or network. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills. 
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently. 
• A professional, client-focused approach.
