Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative / Site Handyman (Ad-Hoc)

Location: Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire

Salary / Rate: Up to £18.50 per hour (CIS)

About the Role

Clements Young is currently seeking a reliable, skilled Multi-Trade Operative / Site Handyman for ongoing, ad-hoc maintenance, fencing repairs, and site snagging work at a major commercial development in the Woodhall Spa area.

This position operates on a flexible, call-out basis to handle specific tasks as required by the site management team. It is an ideal setup for an experienced local tradesperson, sole trader, or maintenance operative looking to supplement their existing workload with reliable, local work.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Timber Fencing & Grounds: Fencing repairs, post replacement, and minor ground adjustments.

• Basic Joinery: Door adjustments, timber fixings, hoardings, and site joinery.

• General Snagging: Drywall patching, minor plaster touch-ups, and cosmetic repairs.

• Site Upkeep: Temporary protection works, general site maintenance, and clearance.

Key Requirements

• CSCS Card – Essential.

• Proven multi-trade background (strong practical experience in basic joinery and fencing is highly preferred).

• Own basic hand tools, cordless kit, and standard site PPE.

• Based within easy commuting distance of Woodhall Spa (LN10 / Lincoln / Sleaford radius).

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work off your own initiative.
