This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional to take ownership of direct tax compliance and reporting activities across a portfolio of European markets while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking tax function.The RoleAs Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing direct tax reporting and compliance requirements across multiple European jurisdictions. Acting as a key tax subject matter expert, you will provide guidance to internal stakeholders whilst liaising with external advisers and global tax teams to ensure compliance and best practice.You will also play an important role in driving process improvements, supporting standardisation initiatives, and leveraging tax technology to enhance efficiency and minimise risk.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and submission of US tax reporting, including quarterly current and deferred tax provisions, tax contingencies, and forecasting.Managing annual transfer pricing documentation, including financial analysis and coordination with commercial teams and external advisers.Preparation and review of corporate income tax returns in partnership with external advisers.Calculation and submission of corporate income tax payments.Liaison with tax authorities and external auditors as required.Preparation of annual tax disclosures ..... full job details .....
