The Opportunity

As a Senior Design Engineer, you''ll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering designs from concept through to completion.

You''ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, project teams and clients, contributing to technically challenging projects while helping shape the future of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating Building Services design packages across multiple projects.

• Producing and reviewing detailed engineering designs, calculations and technical specifications.

• Working closely with architects, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

• Identifying opportunities for innovation, value engineering and improved design efficiency.

• Ensuring designs meet relevant regulations, industry standards and client requirements.

• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team.

• Taking ownership of technical challenges and driving practical, commercially considered solutions.

What We''re Looking For

We''re keen to speak with experienced Building Services Design Engineers who are ready to take on greater responsibility and make a genuine impact.

Ideally, you''ll bring:

• Strong experience in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services design.

• A proven track record of delivering designs across commercial construction projects.

• Excellent technical knowledge and a practical understanding of building systems.

• Experience working with relevant design software and industry standards.

• Confidence communicating with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

• A proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills and the ambition to progress.
