With a reputation for innovation and operational excellence, they are embarking on a strategic finance transformation initiative following relocation of their finance team.Your new roleAs Interim Management Accountant, you will support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Additionally, you will assist in the audit process by preparing necessary documentation, supporting the preparation of year-end statutory accounts, and maintaining robust processes and controls in line with group requirements. Ensuring consistent documentation of all tasks and continuously reviewing and improving finance processes are also key aspects of this role. You will also undertake various ad-hoc projects to support the finance team and strategic initiatives. What you''ll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you should be part qualified or fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
