Early Years Teaching AssistantTradewind are currently recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse to work in a school Nursery located in Leigh.The role is available from September and will continue until July 2026. You will be working from 8:30am to 3:30pm, five days a week, with daily pay rates of 89-99 depending on experience.As a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse, you''ll be responsible for supporting the learning and development of young children aged 2-5 years. You''ll be working alongside experienced teachers and other professionals to create a fun, engaging and nurturing learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.Key responsibilities of the role include:Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworkAssisting with planning and delivering activities and lessonsBuilding positive relationships with parents and carersSupporting children with their personal care needsKeeping records of children''s progress and developmentContributing to the smooth running of the nurseryTo join us and be successful in this role you will need to:NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent qualificationExperience of working with Early Years childrenExperience of working in a relevant classroom environmentEnhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checksCV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possibleLegal right to work i
