Harrogate Homeless Project is looking for a committed and compassionate Support Worker to join our Client Services Team. This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with people experiencing homelessness, providing practical support, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and helping individuals access the services and opportunities they need to move forward with their lives. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our hostel, Springboard service and supported accommodation. You will be a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients, visitors and volunteers while helping to ensure our services operate safely and effectively. Key responsibilities include: Providing reception and administrative support across our services. Welcoming new residents and completing client inductions. Delivering person-centred support in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Encouraging and supporting clients to engage with activities and support plans.
