You''ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our advanced blow molding machinery, helping us deliver top-quality, sustainable packaging solutions.Key Responsibilities:Take the lead on maintenance tasks and collaborate with a team to keep production running efficientlyCarry out preventative and reactive maintenance on extrusion, injection, and stretch blow molding machineryTroubleshoot faults quickly and effectively, minimising downtimeEnsure accurate maintenance records and compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standardsWork closely with other engineers and departments to support seamless operationsDeliver planned maintenance and repair work across all plant and site equipmentRequirements:Minimum 1 year of hands-on Maintenance Engineering experience in the UKStrong knowledge of blow molding equipment preferred (extrusion, injection, or stretch)Recognised engineering qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalentGood understanding of health and safety and environmental standardsA self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a team-focused attitudeMust have the right to work in the UK we are unable to offer visa sponsorshipWhats on Offer:Competitive salary of £42,000 per annumStructured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (days and nights) A supportive tea
