Fire Service Engineer Location: South East / LondonSalary: Up to £48,000 DOEBenefits: Company Van + 10% Annual BonusPURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Fire Service Engineer is responsible for the efficient servicing, maintenance, and support of fire protection systems, ensuring that all works are conducted safely, to a high standard, and in line with statutory and industry regulations.The role involves technical involvement throughout the lifecycle of each service visit or small works project, including commissioning, documentation, and client handover. The role will involve working across sites throughout the South East and London.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all service visits are carried out according to the service schedule and report issues promptly to the relevant manager.Take active involvement from the start of each job through to commissioning and client handover, including support with design queries, calculations, and documentation.Conduct thorough servicing and testing of fire protection systems in line with relevant standards, including BS 5839 and BS 5306, maintaining accurate records and witness documentation.Participate in the development of project budgets prior to the start of any work, including resource and procurement planning.Supervise and control subcontracted labour during service or small works projects.Undertake small works in a compliant, safe, and organised manner, adhering to health and safety requirements and relevant industry standards.Complete ..... full job details .....
