This newly enhanced role will play a critical part in strengthening regulatory compliance, governance and service assurance across a diverse housing service. You will lead on the development and delivery of a housing regulatory assurance and continuous improvement programme, ensuring services meet statutory and regulatory requirements and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for residents. This is a visible, influential role, working closely with senior leaders, operational housing teams, residents and external partners to drive up standards, improve customer experience and embed a culture of learning and accountability.
