The Role This is a broad technical position where you''ll provide first and second-line support whilst taking ownership of core IT infrastructure and day-to-day operational activities. You''ll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, supporting colleagues across the business and helping improve the efficiency, reliability and security of the IT environment. Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-line IT support to users across the business. Manage, prioritise and resolve IT support tickets, escalating where appropriate. Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices for new starters. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user accounts and permissions.
