Senior Software Developer (MAUI / ASP.NET Core)Hybrid - 1 day per week in Oxfordshire (Great train links)£55,000 to £65,000 + excellent benefits.An established UK technology business is looking to hire a Senior Software Developer to join a collaborative engineering team delivering modern web and mobile applications.This is a hands on role working across ASP.NET Core web platforms and cross platform mobile apps built with .NET MAUI, with a particular focus on Android. You''ll own features from discovery and technical design through to deployment and ongoing support, working within an agile environment.You''ll be developing in C# using modern .NET, building RESTful APIs, working with Entity Framework Core and optimising SQL Server and Azure SQL databases. There is a strong emphasis on clean architecture, SOLID principles and writing secure, testable, maintainable code.As a senior developer, you''ll help shape technical standards, contribute to code reviews, mentor other engineers and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, production ready solutions.Experience required:- 5+ years commercial .NET development experience- Strong ASP.NET Core experience including API development- Experience building Android focused apps using .NET MAUI or Xamarin- Solid knowledge of Entity Framework Core and database performance tuning- Strong SQL skills across SQL Server or Azure SQL- Experience working in Git based collaborative environments- Exposure to automated testing practices
