Warrington Women''s Aid is looking for a passionate, resilient, and trauma-informed Complex Domestic Abuse Support Worker to join our dedicated team supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in helping women with complex and multiple needs to achieve safety, recovery, and independence. You will provide intensive support to women experiencing domestic abuse who may also be facing challenges relating to mental health, substance misuse, learning disabilities, neurodiversity, physical disabilities, and other intersecting needs. The Role You will hold a caseload of women living in refuge, living in the community, or moving on to independent accommodation. Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies, you will provide practical and emotional support, advocacy, safety planning, and crisis intervention, helping women navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
