Part-Time Customer Service Administrator

Location: Outskirts of Horsham – must drive
Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 9:30am–2:30pm – flexibility available
Salary: £30,000 FTE / approx. £21,430 per annum based on 25 hours per week
Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays (pro rata)

Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for a part-time opportunity offering excellent work-life balance and some flexibility around your working hours?

We are recruiting for a fantastic company based on the outskirts of Horsham who are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused individual to join their busy team.

This is a busy and varied role with plenty of customer interaction. A large part of your day will involve speaking with customers over the telephone, so you''ll need to have a confident, friendly and professional telephone manner and genuinely enjoy dealing with people.

You''ll also be responsible for processing and managing customer orders through the company''s CRM system, so being comfortable using technology and learning new systems is essential.

• Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls

• Responding to customer enquiries

• Processing and managing customer orders

• Updating customer and order information on the CRM system

• Following orders through and resolving any queries

• Liaising with customers and internal departments

• General administration and data entry

• Managing a busy and varied workload

• Has previous customer service and/or administration experience

• Is confident and professional on the telephone

• Has strong IT skills and is comfortable using CRM/database systems

• Is organised with excellent attention to detail

• Can manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Has a positive and proactive approach

• Must drive and have access to their own transport due to the location

The company can offer some flexibility around the working hours, with approximately 9:30am–2:30pm Monday to Friday being one option.
