As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support day-to-day classroom activities while gaining valuable experience across general classroom support and Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will play an important role in ensuring all pupils receive the guidance and support they need to succeed academically and socially.
This role is ideal for a 2024, 2025, or recent graduate from any academic discipline who is passionate about working with children and exploring a future career in education. Previous experience working with young people-whether through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, voluntary work, or school placements-is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.
The school is conveniently located in Westminster with excellent public transport links across London, making it easily accessible from surrounding boroughs.
