Responsibilities and duties of the Junior Project Manager role

Reporting to the Managing Director you will:

• Manage activities across a portfolio of ground-mounted solar sites using project management tools
• Plan, define and coordinate project resource requirements
• Ensure resources are delivered on time, in the right condition, and within budget
• Support onboarding of new sites including security and subcontractors and system set up.
• Manage activities of all project sites using project management tools
• Build strong relationships and communication with field engineers and team leaders to ensure timely delivery of PPM tasks
• Oversee the work of Junior Project Managers and Project Assistants based in India
• Lead client satisfaction reviews and produce management reports
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, Health & Safety, and environmental standards
• Work in line with the company''s Integrated Management System to support quality and HSE objectives

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Experience in a similar project management or asset manager role, ideally within renewables or construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with project management tools
• Good knowledge of quality assurance and Health & Safety principles
• Full UK driving licence
