Field Service Vending Engineer

Location: Essex & London

Salary: -34,000 - -36,000 + Overtime + Company Van + Benefits

The Role

We''re recruiting for a Field Service Vending Engineer to join a well-established and growing business, covering customer sites across Essex and London.

This is a field-based role where you''ll be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of a range of vending equipment, ensuring customers receive a first-class level of support and minimal downtime.

If you have experience working on vending machines or similar electro-mechanical equipment and enjoy working independently, we''d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair vending machines at customer sites.

Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).

Respond to breakdowns efficiently and professionally.

Maintain accurate service records and paperwork.

Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Vending Engineer or similar.

Strong fault-finding skills on electro-mechanical equipment.

Good electrical and mechanical knowledge.

Full UK driving licence.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
