This strategic initiative will replace a Legacy platform, enhancing engagement and operational efficiency. It marks the first step towards establishing a unified, enterprise-level CRM solution across the business, laying the foundation for future integration and innovation in how they connect with their global community.As the Salesforce Solution Architect you will lead the architectural design and strategic direction of the new platform. This role will be pivotal in shaping their CRM landscape, working in close partnership with third-party implementation partners to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
