We are currently recruiting for a number of SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across several schools within the Cambridgeshire area. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs. Support students with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language difficulties, SEMH, and other learning requirements. Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities. Help pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other interventions. Monitor and record pupil progress where required. Requirements: Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals is desirable. A patient, caring, and supportive approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential.
