Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing business at an exciting stage of its journey?

We''re working with an expanding technical services organisation that supports high-end medical and aesthetic technology across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join their close-knit engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with experience servicing aesthetic laser systems, medical devices, or other sophisticated electro-mechanical equipment who wants to work for a company where their contribution genuinely makes a difference.

• Installation, commissioning and customer handover of advanced aesthetic and medical systems
• Planned preventative maintenance and calibration work
• Fault-finding and repair of electrical, electronic and mechanical issues
• Providing technical support to customers both remotely and on-site
• Working closely with a small, supportive engineering team
• Majority of travel within the M25 region, with occasional travel further afield when required

• Previous Field Service Engineer experience
• Ideally from the aesthetic laser industry
• Experience working on medical devices, laser systems, beauty technology, healthcare equipment or similar high-value technical equipment
• Strong electrical and electro-mechanical fault-finding skills
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Full UK driving licence

• -40,000 - -50,000 basic salary

This role would particularly suit engineers with experience working on aesthetic laser systems, IPL equipment, dermatology devices, medical lasers or other advanced healthcare technologies.
