Head of Vendor Sales .Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is responsible for devising and delivering the sales strategy, driving optimum sales productivity, and ensuring performance meets required objectives.Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and manage sales teams, ensuring headcount, training and development needs are metDeliver agreed sales strategy and achieve business targetsBuild and maintain new and existing vendor relationships alongside account managersIdentify, analyse and pursue new market opportunitiesRepresent the business professionally, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirementsNetwork extensively within the industry to maintain a strong company and personal profileKey Result Areas
