Traffic Marshall

This role offers an asap start in Dunfermline

The Role:

• Act as the key point of communication between drivers, plant operators and site teams
• Manage site entrances and exits, ensuring vehicles enter and leave safely
• Assist with vehicle manoeuvring and reversing operations
• Maintain safe separation between pedestrians, vehicles and moving plant
• Support with general site duties when traffic management is not required
• Follow all site health and safety procedures
• Report any hazards, incidents or unsafe practices directly to the Site Manager or Supervisor
• Work closely with HGV drivers, plant operators and groundworkers in a busy onsite environment

We''re Looking for:

• Valid NPORS and CPCS qualifications are essential
• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall, Banksman or Site Labourer
• Strong awareness of construction site health and safety
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge unsafe practices
• Experience directing HGVs, plant and site vehicles
