Excellent communications skills are essential and an expectation to complete your role effectively. Full UK Driving Licence is essential.Key Responsibilities To provide onsite technical support on a variety of devices/systems to a set of assigned schools. Work with the Ark service desk resolving issues reported to them. Proactive and practical advice on equipment that is coming to end of life or could do with upgrading. Liaise onsite with 3rd party representatives e.g. Photocopier suppliers, Visitor signing in system suppliers.
