This position is Outside IR35 and requires a hybrid presence, with 1-2 days per week on-site. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of a major infrastructure upgrade as well as shape the future Unified Comms strategy. Although this is not a hands-on technical role, a deep understanding of Unified Communications technology-especially Cisco Business Edition-is essential.andnbsp;Key Responsibilities: Project manage a hardware refresh at one site and software upgrade across two locations, including Cisco UCS platform components and BE6000 stack. Oversee full life cycle from planning to delivery, including vendor coordination, testing and operational handover. Collaborate with the operations leadership team to create a business case for migrating to a unified, cloud-based UC platform. Contribute to technical discovery and strategy-addressing cloud scalability, licensing models (UCL/UWL), UCaaS options, hybrid integrations and TCO analysis.
