They are looking for a reliable and motivated Wet Paint Sprayer to join their production team.About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Wet Paint Sprayer to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Leicester on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing a range of products to a high standard. This role would suit someone with previous wet spraying, painting, or manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and preparation.Apply wet paint using spray-painting equipment to achieve an even and high-quality finish.Mix and prepare paints and coatings in line with job specifications.Check finished products for colour, coverage, consistency, and overall quality.Identify and correct imperfections or defects where required.Follow job sheets, production instructions, and customer specifications.Safely handle and move ..... full job details .....
