Coordinate and monitor maintenance and turnaround works, delegating tasks to contractors or internal teams and approving associated costs.Stakeholder Liaison and Pre-Tenancy Coordination: Act as the primary contact for council representatives, landlords, and support workers. Facilitate pre-tenancy move-ins, coordinate tenant placements, and address welfare or property concerns.Financial Oversight and Recharges: Oversee and document recharges to landlords for property-related expenses, including tenant damage.
