This is far more than a housing role. You''ll be the friendly face residents trust, ensuring they feel safe, supported and connected while maintaining a welcoming, well-managed environment. What you''ll be doing Providing practical support and guidance to residents, helping resolve issues and access the right services. Building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, health and social care partners, and local agencies. Identifying safeguarding concerns and managing risks appropriately. Monitoring repairs, maintenance, health and safety requirements, and contractor performance. Promoting resident engagement and wellbeing through activities and community initiatives. Ensuring the scheme remains safe, compliant, clean and feels like a home, not an institution. Maintaining accurate records and case management information. Supporting and supervising on-site staff where required.
