Create high quality, and maintainable, ServiceNow configuration, customisation and code with appropriate documentation and testing. Contribute to and utilise Centre of Excellence and Customer implementation standards. Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements, as necessary. Utilise all sources of information and collaborate with colleagues to find the best solution for the customer requirements. Contribute to Centre of Excellence standards, training, mentoring. Technical Skills: Over 2 years of experience in similar roles within the ServiceNow ecosystem Possess ServiceNow Certifications in-line with experience - System Administrator, Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and other areas.
