Are you a Head of Project Management or similar looking to join a join a specialist HVAC and mechanical building services contractor, where you will be the go-to person, overseeing a team of Project managers working with contracts such as the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team?

This company is a specialist HVAC and mechanical building services contractor, who work for a number of world leading organizations such as the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team, high security government buildings, and a range of grade 3 listed buildings across the UK.

In this role you will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring all work meets client requirements, contractual obligations and design specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing tenders and quotations, planning project schedules, coordinating labor and materials, monitoring costs and profit margins, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. You will also ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.

This role would suit a Head of Project management or similar who is looking to join a specialist HVAC and mechanical building services contractor, where you will be the go-to person for all projects, overseeing a team of project managers across a range of state-of-the-art M&E projects?

The Role:

• Overseeing a team of project managers across a range of HVAC and M&E projects
• Coordinating sub-contractors, labor, and materials
• Monitoring costs and profit margins
• Travel to site up to 5x a week

The Person:

• Head of Project Management or similar
• HVAC/Mechanical background
• Commutable to Manchester
• Full UK drivers license
